Building Eleven is a three story, 24 unit building, that was built in 1978.
In Building Eleven each unit is equipped with its own individual electric heating/air conditioning system with compressors located on the building roof. Each owner is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of their individual system.
A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located on each floor.
The building has a central water softener for hot water only.
A storage locker is assigned to each unit and is located in a common room on each floor.
